How it all Began
Creator Chef Mett began his vision for Healthy Delights after recalling memories of his days in Paris. While living there, Chef Mett recalls the memories of food vendors making and selling their crepes on the streets of Paris. After leaving France and cooking on a major cruise line it was his love for cooking and passion for meeting and interacting with new people that made him realize that Healthy Delights was his chance to go after his dream!
Healthy Delights is Open for Business
Since 2003, Healthy Delight has been operating through out Palm Beach County with one mission; to provide its patron with a healthy option to enjoy delightful treats. There first location was in Boca Town Center. Mett and his partner Ken Donmez knew that the Healthy Delights concept would work wonderfully in a Mall environment and decided to open two locations in the Palm Beach and then Boynton Beach Mall.
The Food
Healthy Delights food is made fresh every day using ingredients that are both healthy and delicious. Don’t believe us? Just peak over the window and you will see bountiful amounts of fresh ingredients including chicken, steaks, ham, onions, broccoli, beans, banana peppers, red peppers, corn, olives, cucumber, cauliflower, roasted peppers, lima beans, jalapenos, radish, mushrooms, tomatoes, artichokes, carrots, sprouts, alfalfa, and a few other ingredients from around the world!
The Sweet Side
The traditional crepe is considered a dessert. Well, at Healthy Delights that concept is taken to another galaxy!!! The mouth watering ingredients used are world favorites such us Nutella, Chocolate Brownies, Cheesecake, and Dulce de Leche.
